Al started his career flipping burgers and opened his first restaurant, with 350 seats operating 24 hours. Al spent the next decade as a highly sought-after franchise consultant, Worldwide operations manager, and Director of operations for many corporates

CEO/Founder of Mucaro Coffees, a South Florida-based coffee roaster and lab. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, David is a proud family-owned custodian of coffee on the island. David started Mucaro Coffees over twelve years ago with a passion for protecting the coffee heritage and culture through sustainability, education, and quality products. David’s expertise and knowledge of the coffee culture helped him develop national and local businesses with restaurants, hotel groups, and sports and event venues (including the Super Bowl).  David believes in providing Mucaro’s partners with the best-in-class solutions to build long-lasting partnerships that bring joy one cup at a time.

Carlos has broad experience within the Architectural, Development, Urban Planning, Interior Design, and Construction field for over 22 years. Early in his career he served as project architect and manager for large-scale projects such as The Beach Club, Ocean III and IV, and Trump Grande, among others as well as multi-million dollar projects for Coca-Cola Enterprises. In 2002, Carlos started Vertex Architecture focusing on projects including high rises, commercial offices and retail, hospitality, private residences, and interior design.

CEO of Horeca NYC is a New-York based general contractor that specializes in residential and commercial construction, design engineering and development, large-scale renovations, and site management services. We are experienced in a broad range of housing types and building conditions and constantly monitor the latest trends in design and changes in the regulatory framework. From restaurant renovations in Manhattan, NY, to the adaptive reuse of vintage shopping malls in Brooklyn, NY, Horeca has a very broad breadth of knowledge and experience that enable us to effectively manage complex construction and renovation projects in Tri-State area & Florida.
